Hope House Seeks Volunteers

Hope House Foundation is seeking volunteers to be part of the newly formed “Weekend Warrior” Committee for the Stockley Gardens Arts Festival.  Only  5 volunteers are needed.  The committee will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the festival weekend to include, but not limited to, festival block captains, student exhibit and artist relief.  Volunteers will need to commit the full weekend of the festivals (Friday late afternoon through Sunday night) which are held twice a year every 3rd weekend in May and October along with 4 committee meetings a year. All those interested are encouraged to contact the organization by April 30, 2010 in time to take part in the 2010 Stockley Gardens Spring Arts Festival coming up in May.   For more information and/or to sign up on the “Weekend Warrior” committee, call Elena Berry at (757)625-6161 X20 or email eberry@hope-house.org.
