CRIME REPORT – Officer Mason – no present, presentation given by Harry Worley – bus stop at Princess ann and colonial behind Sacred Heart Church, progress going forward to have the shelter removed – GNL proposal to renew the concerns to city and ask have the shelter removed, adding to June agenda.

Presentation: Palace shoppes 2 story professional building. – change the exterior to have a more “urban” look. To have a look similar as Palace Station, right not it is very monolithic, with metal awning, new signage, stone base w/ EIFS material,
Proposed New Sewer Pump Station and Hague Area Sanitary Sewer Project

-reviewed several sites, EVMS site shows to have the least impact and serves the area with the most impact. replace all sewer along Mowbray Arch to new pump station, working with EVMS to gain property and looks good to gain site, bypass pumps will be put in man holes waiting on Dominion power to put the electrical in the city will be moving them in the man hole so they are not directly on the street,

Get copy of new proposed guidelines and post to site,
New Materials = Large question -> synthetic materials used for trim on upper stories, siding materials for replacement or new/additional may not be synthetic, synthetic flooring used for decks and porches, true divided light recommended-vinyl-or aluminum-clad not expressly allowed, replace synthetic material w/ historical/ natural material, will have a materials matrix.
If you do not go by guidelines you must get a COA which more then likely not approved.

Norfolk Community Service Board Relocation Plan – Planning to relocate to Wainwright Building – out of Ghent.
Treasurer’s Report & Board Approval of Expenditures – no report 100% approve to pay $150 bill for recent membership mailings.
