Zoning & City Planning: Zoning appeal hearing on Ghent property

On June 15, 10 a.m., in the City Council chamber (City Hall building, 11th floor), the Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by the owners of the property at 724 W. Princess Anne Road to permit a driveway without complying with the minimum dimensions in violation of Figure 15-1; the property is zoned HC-G2 (Ghent Historic and Cultural Conservation District).
