RLUIPA council hearing postponed

The Norfolk City Council has continued to Nov. 17 a zoning amednment that would change the city’s definition of religious instututions. According to a legal notice in the Oct. 30, 2009, Virginian-Pilot, the council hearing — originally set for 7 p.m. — also has been changed to 2:30 p.m.
