NOAA will be hosting an open house at the NOAA base on June 9 & 10th from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. during OpSail. There will be NOAA vessels open for public tours as well as visiting ships such as the Elizabeth River Project’s Learning Barge, the Virginia Aquarium’s research ship, and many more.
