CRIME ALERT!

March 30, 2012 by Allen

Crime Alert!

This past month we have seen an increase in burglaries. They appear to be in the 600 to 900 block of Princess Anne, Graydon, and Colley. Entry is gained by removing ac units, breaking rear windows, or unlocked doors. Please be on the look out for anyone that appears suspicious in the area.  Questions and reports can be made to our police department representative:
MPO Laura Mason
Norfolk Police Department
3rd Pct Blue Sector CRO
757-390-0405

Past Crime Alerts:

Last night (30 Mar), a neighbor made a police report regarding a man attempting to open cars along Blow St between Graydon and Westover.

Earlier, the police department reported two (2) recent robberies in Ghent.  The first, in the 600 block of Graydon.  The second, at 1517 Colley in a nearby parking lot.  Each robbery took place around 11:30PM, and each robbery involves three black male suspects displaying a weapon.

We all need to do our part to keep our neighborhood safe.  Be aware of your surroundings.  Keep your eyes and ears open and alert the police to suspicious activities.
